Yea, i really enjoy that day.

In addition, she taught me how to being SLIM !
The ways that she taught me quite easy.
I did tried it as well.

and so, i lose 1kg.
but now,
i gain back which is just the same as last time.

this is really very handicap for me to slimming now.
